If you want to download the subtitles of a video on youtube, just go to http://downsub.com/
And there, paste the video URL which you copied from youtube. Just paste it there, and hit on the download button. Then, you will find the languages in which you can download the subtitles. After you select your preferred language, click on the download button next to it. Soon enough, your download will start.
