Moto G4 Plus leaks online !!

A new motorola phone has been leaked online -- AGAIN
This time it is rumoured to be Moto G4 Plus..

The phone has been leaked courtesy of the usually reliable leakster @evleaks. The leaked image of the device - allegedly dubbed Moto G4 Plus - shows only the bottom portion of the front-panel, revealing a physical home button.

Sadly, nothing else - including specs, pricing, and availability - was revealed. However, it'd be safe to assume that the device will feature a fingerprint sensor given that an executive from Lenovo (which owns Motorola Mobility) had earlier this year revealed that the 2016 Moto line-up will come with an embedded fingerprint sensor.

That's it for now.
What do you think of the new motorola device?

New update for Android N developer preview

Last month, Google surprised Android devs everywhere with an early treat, releasing its initial Android N preview months in advance of this year’s Google I/O. While far from a finished package, the Android N release was already capable of showing off some of its biggest features, including the long-awaited Android split-screen multitasking mode. Another noteworthy change concerned how Google would update its developer preview, allowing interested users to register for the Android Beta Program and get Android N developer preview updates delivered OTA to their compatible Nexus hardware. Now Google’s taking advantage of that system as it announces its latest Android N developer preview update.

On the feature set, Google’s taken steps to implement the high-performance Vulkan graphics API we first learned about last year. Devs will also discover new API methods that take advantage of Android N abilities like its split-screen mode, and the ability to create launcher shortcuts to Intents within apps.

Finally, Google shares news of a revamped design language it’s using for Android’s emoji library, dialing down the cartoonish look of the past and going for characters with a (slightly) more “human” appearance to them (picture above).
Users registered with the Android Beta Program should be getting this update OTA, while updated system images exist for those interested in a manual installation.

Google now lets you design your own case yourself !!

Google is launching a new service today that allows you to create $35 custom cases for its Nexus 5X, 6 and 6P phones.

You can choose between two variations of the Live Cases. One allows you to pick any photo and print it onto your case. The other lets you design and print a stylized map with the help of Google Maps. Both variations allow you to select a couple of filters and other styling options to personalize your case even more.

Once you’ve created and ordered your case, Google will also let you download a wallpaper with the same design.

At $35, Google’s case costs just about as much — and often a little bit less — than competing services. Many of these, however, don’t support the Nexus line and they don’t give you an extra shortcut button for your phone, either.

That's it for now.

Iphone SE:: The special edition iPhone

This year, Apple made its cheapest iPhone ever, and named it The iPhone SE (SE for Special Edition)
So, is the Special Edition truely special, or is it just a grammatical error by apple??
Let''s find out

Design::
Design wise, the apple iPhone SE looks exactly as the 5S. Except for the Dual tone led flash. The iPhone SE is an apple iphone 6s into a 5s body.

It has the same A9 chip which the 6s contains, the same 12megapixel back camera, but a smaller 1.2megapixel facetime HD front camera. It lags the 3D touch facility like the 6s, but you cannot exactly complain about it when you go to buy the cheapest iphone ever.. right??

Apple , in it's press conference boasted a lot about recycling and told the world about how the iPhone SE is made mostly of recycled material.

There is one other thing worth mentioning - the iPhone 6s
came with unannounced water protection, which allowed it
 to survive between 10 and 40 minutes submerged in water.
 On the contrary, the iPhone SE will die instantly when
subjected to water as proven by a lot of online videos.

Handling is great, as we said, but if you are coming from an
 iPhone 6/6s or an Android smartphone, you may miss the
 side-mounted power/lock key.

Display ::

The 4 inch retina display returns unchanged.

The display uses a 4" IPS panel of 640 x 1136 pixels,
     which is 326ppi density - the very definition of a Retina
display.The iPhone SE rendition of blacks is brighter than we
 would prefer, but on the other end of the spectrum, the
600 nits worth of brightness level is quite appreciable. The
resulting contrast of 1:804 is not as noteworthy mainly due
to the poor black levels.

As a comparison, the 4.7" iPhone 6s screen has the
same 326ppi but is a less bright screen with higher contrast.

Battery :: The battery inside the iPhone SE is slightly bigger than the one inside the iPhone 5s. The iPhone 5s has a 1,560mAh battery, whereas a 1,624mAh unit powers the iPhone Special Edition.
Apple iOS 9 introduced a Low-Power mode, which you
will be prompted to turn on once the charge drops below 20%.

Performance ::

 The iPhone SE may come with dated looks, but its hardware is up to date. It is powered by
the latest Apple A9 chipset, which packs a dual-core
1.84 GHz Twister processor, PowerVR GT7600 six-core
graphics, and 2GB RAM. And we believe the A9,
coupled with the lower (than iPhone 6) resolution
screen would be a monster.

Apple has always been focused on the single-core performance since it is the most important one when it comes to interacting with the iOS user interface and the single-core GeekBench test proves the 64-bit Twister core is still the best and fastest CPU core currently on the market.

Camera ::
The iPhone SE has a 12MP primary Camera, the same as of the 6s

 The iPhone SE utilizes the same 12MP imager we
 saw on the iPhone 6s generation with F/2.2 aperture and
dual-tone flash. The front camera, unfortunately, is the
same as on the iPhone 5s - a 1.2MP shooter.

The powerful chipset and the 12MP sensor also allows
the iPhone SE to capture 4K video recording. It also
enables the so-called Live Photos - the camera
captures 1.5s video either side of the moment you hit
the shutter and saves it as an animated photo.

The camera interface is the same as before. If you tap
to focus the phone will give you control over exposure
through a slider. This way you can conveniently adjust
exposure compensation depending on the scene. You
can lock the focus and exposure as well.
Panorama Shot With iPhone SE

The iPhone SE is capable of recording 2160p videos at
30 frames in addition to 1080p capturing at 30 and 60
fps. There is a new mode as well - 1080p at 120 fps for slow motion purposes, in addition to the 720p at 240 fps low-mo videos.

Concluding ::
There is no conspiracy behind the iPhone
 SE - it's what the fans wished for, and what the critics
love to hate. It's always been this way with Apple - polarized opinions versus massive sales.

Like it or not, Apple embraced its past and listened to its fans. One-third of all iPhone users chose to stick with the 4" models either for the compact form factor, or the hefty prices of the newer generation. But those people needed to be brought up to speed so Apple and the developers can eventually move on from the older hardware.Now, though apple says that it is their cheapest iphone ever (pricing starts at $399 for 16GB base model) , but at most parts of the world, $399 is also a huge amount. And also, in this price range, one could get many android options, like the Oneplus 2, the moto x Style, the nexus 5x, etc.

So, would you choose the iPhone over the others, that's completely on you.
